DESIGNED IN ASSOCIATION WITH E.E.K. NEW YORK, AND SPURLOCK POIRIER LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, THE WINNING PROPOSAL FOR THE MASTERPLAN AND CONCEPT DESIGN FOR LAS VEGAS CITY CENTER. THE PROJECT STRADDLES HARMON AVENUE AND IS BORDERED BY LAS VEGAS BOULEVARD, THE MONTE CARLO RESORT, INTERSTATE – 15, THE BELLAGIO, AND THE COSMOPOLITAN RESORT & CASINO. CITY CENTER IS ONE OF THE RICHEST ARCHITECTURAL ENVIRONMENTS IN THE WORLD, A REFLECTION OF THE BEST OF THE LIFE THAT WE’RE LIVING TODAY AND TOMORROW. IT WILL BE A PLACE OF CONTINUAL EVOLUTION, RICHNESS AND DIVERSITY—A PLACE PEOPLE FROM AROUND THE WORLD WILL DESIRE TO VISIT AND EXPERIENCE. MASTERPLAN AND CONCEPT DESIGN PHASE FOR THE 4,800,000 M² LUXURY CASINO AND MIXED USE COMPLEX ON 36.8 HECTARES ON THE LAS VEGAS STRIP. MGM CITY CENTRE IS CURRENTLY THE LARGEST CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN NORTH AMERICA.
