Positioned directly on the Shiribetsu River, the historic landscape has been very sensitively restored over 10 years, with 50% of the land set aside as protected natural habitat.
FSDC has worked extensively on all aspects of the project including land planning, negotiations with surrounding stakeholders, Master planning, Project Management of DA application and Civil Construction, Landscaping, Covenants and Guidelines.
