Triniti business campus

A 28,000 m2 A-grade office campus which integrates three, high-quality buildings into a shared environment featuring landscaped outdoor public space as well as an on-site cafe, and child care center. The majority of the space is podium landscaping which required close work with structural engineers to ensure soil depth for planters while also integrating ventilation shafts needed for the underground carpark into the landscape. A palette of all native planting helps connect the development with nearby national parks.

Triniti business campus at North Ryde won the 2010 Australia’s best business park award at the property council of Australia innovation and excellence awards.
